Our key machine allows you to check in also when the reception desk is closed.

Opening hours reception desk:

Monday - Saturday  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

You receive your personal PIN for the key machine automatically with your written booking confirmation. If you have booked online, we send an information mail to you a couple of days prior to your arrival. Please do not ignore this important information. 

-Bookings made via booking.com: Please use the last four digits of your booking-number as PIN for the key machine.

Please make sure that you have your PIN before your arrival ! If you are not sure about the PIN please call us +43 1 534 98 900.

You find the key machine left of the front door Freyung 6a on the outer wall:

All room keys also unlock this gate and the inner door to the staircase.
